Application of electronically-controlled permanent magnetic chuck
1. Installed on CNC machines tools, planer type milling machines, NC boring machines and drilling machines for tools of quick clamping to conduct quick clamping for machined parts to improve working efficiency.
2. Used for quick die change of injection molding machines and sheet stretchers. Use of electronically-controlled permanent magnetic chuck for quick clamping of dies can improve die change speed. Machine installation
Usually we need 2 persons to install the machine for 5-10 days finished, and this is free, the consumer just need to responsible for our engineers' air tickets, meals and hotel.
1. Is there any precaution for safe use of magnetic plate?
- Yes. Please see the following items:
1)Every machine is set with anti-sliding block that should be used correctly at the time of mold spotting.
2)The surface of magnetic plate and mold must be clean and free of iron powder, oil contamination and high point. Otherwise, it is easy to cause the mold to move or slide.
3)When plate A and B are used for mold spotting on machine, pay attention to whether the contacting surface between the mold and working bench surface is enough and /confirm/i whether the materials of mold core are low magnetizer such as high carbon steel or alloy materials. Please use after installing the mold bottom plate when necessary (the material of bottom plate is 45# steel).
